Terms & Conditions
By honouring and accepting our estimates, invoices, project drafts and project files, the client accepts and agrees to the terms and conditions below:
A deposit is required as an indication of project commencement. Exemptions to this term may be considered valid only if the following criteria are met:
1. The client receives and email from design@sherlangittens.com
2. The body of the email states that a deposit is not required by the client.
You agree that any other form of communication whether written or verbal is considered invalid.

The client agrees that any additional project(s) not listed or described in this document will be billed separately in a new invoice.
The Client may cancel the project at anytime. However, any payment(s) made prior to or upon cancelation may not be eligible for a refund.
Editable versions of files are not included in the cost or final copy of the project(s). Editable copies may be provided upon request only and will be billed separately.
Files may be submitted to a private editor(s) to ensure accurate spellings or use of gramma. Editing will be included in the total cost of the project(s). We reserve the right to keep the identity of our editor(s) confidential.
You agree that Sherlan Gittens (and Sherlan Gittens Design) may use all artwork created in this project on social media, digital and printed portfolios and at sherlangittens.com for marketing and promotional purposes. The client may be exempted from this by making a written request to design@sherlangittens.com
The client agrees that any content whether it be text, imagery or symbolism that contain, promotes, possesses but not limited to: violence, pornographic images, nudity, sexual harassment, child abuse, abuse against women and men, suicide, bullying, drug abuse, alcohol abuse, self harm, etc violates these terms and conditions and will not be accepted.
Sherlan Gittens Design reserves the right to update its terms and conditions at anytime without notice.
